A classic pasta salad will always be a staple in my home. Every once in a while I go through a phase where I will eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner; I can’t get enough! It truly is a fresh and tasty classic that you can never go wrong with.

Classic Pasta Salad
This refreshing pasta salad combines your favorite pasta with crisp veggies, tangy vinaigrette, and savory salami for a perfect side dish or light meal. Ideal for picnics, potlucks, or easy weekday lunches.
Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 4 oz salami, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatos, quartered
- 4 mini cucumbers, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions to al-dente.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
