I almost always use frozen chicken for this recipe, it tastes amazing and is so quick! My favorite is the Kirkland Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks from Costco, these are never missing from my freezer. Of course you can always bread and bake, fry up, or even grill your own chicken to make it your own; but frozen is hands down my favorite.
